We work with 2 models of sales mandate:
• THE MAIN AND MOST EFFECTIVE: Mandate in Multi-exclusive (CBRAI)
(80% of our portfolio)
We belong to the CBRAI association, made up of 30 real estate agencies from Roses, Empuriabrava and nearby towns. This association allows us agencies, that the products that we have in Multiexclusiva, we can share. In this way, there are more opportunities to sell your product since it can be offered and commercialized by all the real estate agencies that are in the group and at the same time it facilitates work for the seller since they will have us as the only interlocutor and responsible
Doing Multiexclusive, implies that for a period of 6 months extendable month by month, the product can only be had by the real estate agency that has made the mandate.
Also say that, if a real estate agency that is not in the group wants to visit the product, we have no problem collaborating.
In addition to the diffusion on web pages and showcases, a magazine is published every 6 months where all the association's products appear.

• THE OTHER OPTION: Simple Mandate
We would only market the property ourselves (without access to the rest of the association's agencies) and the owner can put the property up for sale in any other real estate agency if that were the case.
The documents that we would need for the sales dossier are:
- Copy of the purchase deeds
- Copy of the owner's identity document
- IBI bank receipt
- Receipt community owners (if any) to know the annual expenses
- Energy certificate if you have
- Water and electricity bill
